    We stayed there two weeks ago. No complaints staff efficient and helpful, went for evening prayers with the nuns who were warm and friendly. As in any city extra care of procession is necessary

    blister kits

    If there is a lot of moisture compeed will not last long and make wound more soggy. Gauze will stick, use a foam adhesive dressing will absorb moisture and give protective cushion. Good luck

We don't feel we have " the legs" to do the Napoleon route the first day so are walking to Valcarlos our first night.
