How do you manage to get out of work for 5 weeks?
I second the advice to ask your boss and see what they say. As a reference point-I am in the U.S. and my company has a generous paid-time off policy by U.S. standards (I get 30 days, including sick and vacation time, not counting whatever I carry over from the previous year).
