What do I do when I feel like giving up?
Are you using walking poles? If not they help a lot but you tube how to use them as a lot of folk talk them for a walk, it takes a while to get the flow. Also consider how much weight you have in your pack, are you overloaded? Hope it comes good for you. My hips and knees ached a lot at first...- trism286
