Hola Ana
I personally loved walking over the bridge from Caminha to Tui there are markings on the ground showing where Portugal ends and Spain begins so at that point my left foot was in Spain and my right foot was an hour in the difference still in Portugal .

The most overlooked option in my opinion is to fly.Ryan air has 3 flights a day and prices start around 14.00 euro up to about 22.00 booking in advance it’s always my choice.
Hi Lisa
As I write this I am about to head to Dublin airport for my flight to Porto as that's where I start my Journey. Like yourself I completed the Frances but mine was Last April/ May and loved it so all excited to be starting out again although this time a much shorter route due to Time...

Hi Jack I love the picture of the bridge from Valenca to Tui in you blog .I aim to be crossing over it next month, what a way to enter Spain enjoy the rest of your adventure Alan
You could consider my favourite option flying to Porto from Lisbon daily flights with Ryan air are very competitive price wise ( as long as you have only carry on baggage ) not sure when you are going but checking prices for September the average is between 16 and 20 euro with some dates as...
I am also planning my second Camino for September and as you say not easy to decide on which route.( Not as many options on the Frances ) but I have decided like you to start on the coast and cut back in to Tui . I have been to Porto before and will be again in a few weeks as I love the place...
You can do both and have a Francesinha at the Majestic Cafe a much more refined version and utterly delicious . Here is a picture of one I had for those not familiar with the Francesinha
What a great post, and full of useful information, and I really enjoyed the video well done on your daily distances as I cycled the Francis last month and could only manage an average of 30 to 40k a day on the walkers route But in fairness I was pushing the bike uphill a lot of the...
