Hi Denise,
Welcome to this forum. On the internet you can find plenty of travel organizations offering caminos. Below there are 2 that offer caminos from Sarria to Santiago. Note: I have no experience with either of them (or any other travel agency). Just check them out:

Hi Elke,
Welcome to this forum. First of all: take care of your knee. You're so right to take this up with your specialist.
The Via de la Plata is a relatively easy one: no climbs untill you get to Galicia, but sometimes the distances between towns/albergues can be quite long (depending on...
Halz und Beinbruch. Or, as Google would translate: break a leg.
I've never understood how such a phrase represents a wish for good luck and fortune, but well, that's just what it is!
Buen Camino.
Better be careful.
I've walked my 5th Camino last year. Having walked most of the major ones, thought it would be my last.
This thought lasted 4-5 weeks. Then that nagging feeling started again, which has now turned into a (impossible to ignore) itch.
So there are only two solutions for you...
Reading books? I do it all the time, fiction or non-fiction. It gives me great pleasure. I absolutely enjoy it. There's nothing wrong with reading books.
You can safely read books and still keep an open mind!
A great source for free downloadable camino-tracks can be found on the website of the Dutch fraternity of St. James. This page is (also) in English:

Hello Alice,
This walk will involve some climbing, but not too bad. There are a lot of possibilities to make each day as long as you’d like.
Take a look at Gronze.co. It’ll give you a good idea of what to expect:

Buen camino. Enjoy your way.
And some additional advice: you can tell your mother that extreme weather conditions in Spain only occur at nighttime and never during walking hours.
😉
Hi Chick,
Welcome to this forum. Unfortunately I'm afraid I've got some dissapointing news for you:
after having taken a look at your picture I've reached the conclusion that you might still have a couple of camino's in you!!
Go for it when you get the chance. Or, in other words: go take a walk.
Trecile is right: I have walked the Via de la Plata. I started in the second half of August, wrongfully assuming that it would be 'close to autumn'. It wasn't.
About speaking Spanish: it doesn't really matter where you'll walk. They speak it everywhere in Spain. True, on the costa's and the...
Maybe the statistics of the pilgrim's office in Santiago can help you to make up your mind:
The 'green' years are the Holy Years. These are always busier than the 'pagan' years. 2021 is the next Holy Year. The Camino Portugues is, after the Frances, the busiest Camino, although the large...
Having walked both the Frances (twice) and the Del Norte, I wouldn't walk the Frances again. Not because the Frances isn't worthwile, because it is!!! I like to meet other pilgrims, but just not in great numbers. But, if I was planning my first Camino, I'd probably choose the Frances.
That...
Hi Jo,
It's also possible to fly from Manchester to Bilbao (lowcost: Easyjet, Ryanair, Vueling). From Bilbao a bus will take you to Logroño in a little under 2 hours (there's one every hour/hour-and-a-half). There's also a train from Bilbao to Logroño (depending on the day: once or twice a...
