I walked the CF in September & October of 2011. While it was very hot in the beginning, I was happy to have it come October as it got cold. Not all alburgues offered blankets. I will be there in 2 days and I have my sleeping bag.- Hammockhanger

September start on Via de la Plata
I will begin my walk from Seville to Finisterre/Muxia on 9/3 my 65th birthday! It is also the 20th anniversary of my Appalachain Trail hike and the 10th anniversary of my Camino Frances walk. I am hoping to geocache along the way if possible. I did that while I walked from SJPD last time...- Hammockhanger
