    When was your first Camino?

    Hello from a new Pilgrim

Hi Jennifer, It was great weather all the way in September and October. We only had difficulty with accommodation once and that was in Zubiri. Hello from a new Pilgrim

Jennifer, in 2007 we walked from SJPDP starting on September 1st. It was a glorious 2 days walk till we arrived in Ronscevalles. Sunny all the way. However, people coming over a couple of days later, found it to be foggy and rainy. Have a great time no matter what the weather. Sharon

    Hello - Planning a 2 year trip!

Hi Liam, A good book to read would be Paula Constant's, "Slow Journey South". She walked from England, down through France to Santiago, then down through Portugal and Spain into Morocco. She has written a followup book as well. Buen Camino Sharon

    Senior Aussies

Hi Terry. As you are from Oz, I think you would enjoy starting from St Jean Pied de Port and crossing the Pyrenees. It is spectacular. You could walk most of the way, if you are fit enough, in your time limit. Or you could catch a bus from Burgos to Leon to cut down on time. We walked from SJPDP...
