We We have been using a small led torch. We hadn't intended to walk in the dark but we are away be 7am and you need it for the first 30-45 minutes particularly if it is rocky.- sriyantra

Hi Paul, My husband and I will start walking from SJPP on the 6th. We will walk to Orisson or Pic, depending on the weather and will taxi back to SJPP for the night, then shuttle bus back up to where we left off on the 7th then on to Roncesvalles. I have a funny foot story to tell you. I have arthritis in several toes, both feet. Two nights ago at midnight they were throbbing so I rubbed some Goanna Cream on my toes and the top of my feet.
