My walking buddie 65y did SantiagodC - Muxia - Finisterre and back to SdC last year. Just a bit more than 200km and he had no problems.
We planned the route and made the necessary stops now and then in order to eat, drink and having a little rest also😉

I should say, do the Inglés...is 6 days walk, is a complete Camino and you can get a Compostela if you want one.

It can be addictive to go back and walk...
@Jon P You should start some training before you go. First without backpack and then with.
Short distances a first and gradually building up.
Test your backpack and fitting so that you body is OK with it.
You can always send your suitcase/pack ahead and take a light backpack to walk.

I did the Camino Inglés last June from Ferrol in 6 days because I did the whole way around.
You can do it in 5 easy days by taking the bridge straight to Pontedeume.
Nice walking and not overcrowded.

On this forum since 2015 for my planning of the Francés which I could not walk due to a lower back problem (R4-R5-S1) just the month before my start.
I wanted to do a short one next year due to lack of time (job) and to see how my back holds up.
