I don’t know about France, but I flew into Madrid yesterday from Chicago, and they wouldn’t let me board until I made a return reservation or had a visa. I stood there making a reservation on my phone. It’s hard to argue with them when the plane is goi g to take off soon!
Is 3 hours sufficient time between arriving at Madrid airport (assuming on time arrival), getting checked item, going through customs, getting taxi to train station, finding right track and getting on a train to Pamplona?
