Hi Everyone.
It sounds like I should begin in ferrol , walk to Hospital de Bruma, onward to Meson do Vento and there catch a bus to A Coruna . Rather than beginning in A Coruna.
Would that be a better arrangement?
I am trying to be very clear in my head about where I catch a bus back to A coruna on the camino Ingles.
If I walk from Ferrol to Bruma then want to walk the other arm of the Camino Ingles from A coruna, is the bus station at Bruma or Meson do Vento?
If it is Meson do Vento, I gather this is a...
Hello Madrid12,
Congratulations on another camino.
Would you say the fresh arrows make the route clear in the cities of Ferrol and A Coruna or is there still some confusing bits that I'll need a map for.
Ahhhh very spooky miguel.
I would appreciate your experimental results mig. I wont be walking it until next year after repeating the spanish route from
st john. At what stage of the year do you anticipate being there?
Hi mig,
you seem like a high tech guy and I'm a bit of an old tech paper and pen person but I'll be walking the camino Ingles next year with a new samsung phone.
How can I best get the route with accomodations along it on an android device . Do I need to have google maps and use your kmz file...
I have the Johnnie Walker guide. excellent . Thanking you.
My next question....where can i download a street map to get me from bus station to start of camino Ingles in ferrol and in A Coruna? I used Mapmywalk for ferrol but it is not alltogether satisfactory.
Ok so I now know which way to walk the Camino Ingles. Thanks everyone.
My next question.......if I wish to walk both arms of it from A Coruna and from Ferrol,
- which arm should I do first,
- and is there public transport that is more direct than having to go all the way back to santiago...
I am walking St John to Santiago first then the camino Ingles. So can Camino Ingles be walked from santiago or are the arrows hard to find that way? If so can anyone suggest what public transport I must take to get from Santiago to Ferrol.
Thanks everyone.
