I have also used onesim. It worked well for me Norway and South Africa. I think it is more expensive that buying a local sim card but the convenience of having it ready immediately upon entering the country has some value. Keeping the same SIM thru onesim gets to be expensive if you don't travel...

Pacer poles...

I have Pacer Poles as well. I love them. They have served me well on 2 Caminos and will join me in a third in September. And many hills and trails in between. Fortunately I have not had an injured anything reason to use them but I can only imagine they would be better than crutches in certain...
