I have my DSLR and two lenses in a Lowepro topload zoom 2 carabinered to the waistband of my pack. It is off to the side of my hips and doesn't get in the way. The front pocket is also handy for sunscreen and a few other small essentials.
I know done people don't get it, but I want to record my...
My Keens boots I bought in early 2016 were broken in for 6 months before my first trip on the Camino France's route. They have been worn regularly since then and will be worn again in September for my second trip on Camino Fances. The soles are fine, but I replaced the inner sole on purchase...
I feel your pain. I've recently had the same issue with the socks I wore in 2016. Went to get a couple of new pair and the brand doesn't exist anymore. So now I have to trail some different brands while I train. Luckily I've got 6 months to decide on a pair.

I realise it's bigger than a phone, but I have my camera bag caribeenered to the waist strap of my backpack. It came in handy for storage of my reading glasses and sunscreen too.

It was thinking of taking the thermals in case of cold early mornings, but didn't really want the hassle of trying to take them off as the day heats up.

Buen Camino

Hi all,
I'll be walking from SJPDP to Santiago from the end of August to mid October. Finalising my pack and gave a question...
Do you think I need thermal long johns??
Let me know your thoughts.
Buen Camino.
Terri
I start the Camino in late August and to allow family and friends to keep track of my movements I have started a blog on Travelpod.com
It's free and it also has an app which makes updating on my iPad or iPhone really easy, as well as loading photos.
