Hi all

How easy would it be to have some one joint me for the last 5-7 days into Santiago?

Any advice on where he could join me from ?

Thanks

Astrid
Hi Astrid, as already stated by Grayland I would also say Sarria.
Wish you well and a Buen Camino, Peter.

Ideal sleeping bag liner whether we want to add a thermal plus to our bag, or if we want to use it alone to sleep in shelters or hostels. Thanks to its mummy shape, it adapts perfectly to our body.

In 2013 my 25 year old niece met me in Sarria and we had a fantastic time walking into Santiago. I was willing to taxi ahead 25 miles (the day before) in order to greet her overnight train from Madrid arriving at 7 AM. So, be flexible, or your friend needs to be flexible.

Indeed. Depending on where you started.....trying to arrive in Sarria on a specific day would be rather akin to sailing the Atlantic and saying you'll arrive in New York at 4pm on Monday :)

Just be prepared to be flexible......and either end up waiting for your friend to arrive.....or more likely jumping on a bus to get there.
Which is of course all part of the adventure and quite acceptable ;) Just not in the final 100
