Hey guys,
Just wondering what the Finesterre loop is like in October. I land in Santiago on the 5th of October and fly out on the 18th. I'm hoping to do the loop and I'm a solo female pilgrim so hoping it is safe to do.
Thank you in advance.

Hi, I walked Santiago – Finisterra – Muxia – Santiago, in November 2013, which took 9 days. I got lost a couple of times from Muxia back to Santiago, as the arrows point in the opposite direction. Otherwise I had no problems at all as a solo female pilgrim. Jill

Dre, Based on my "solo male October experiences" you will be fine. Some statement! Weather was favourable in late October 2015.

The 2024 Camino guides will be coming out little by little. Here is a collection of the ones that are out so far.
Plenty of time to do it and yes, it is safe! Have a Buen Camino, SY
