A thought for the Camino - and for life

 Here is a litle bit of Indian philosophy that is worth reflecting on:

Look to this day
For it is life the very life of life
In its brief course lie all the varieties and realities of your existence
The bless of growth
The glory of action
The splendour of beauty
For yesterday is but a dream and tomorrow is only a vision
But today well lived
Makes every yesterday a dream of happiness
And every tomorrow a vision of hope
Look well therefore to this day
Such is the salutation of the dawn.

(Sanskrit verse)

The message is basically make the most of every moment, or in other words be intensely aware of each moment.

I hope others find it helpful in their own reflections.

Kind Regards

A Sanskrit dawn prayer to the rising Sun - or, rather, at the time of the rising Sun - lovely.

And -

"And in that tiny fragment of eternity when

for a timeless moment

the games end and reality begins

Remember!

That you have always lived and have never died

And that you are not alone

And have never been alone

And that you are love

And that you are loved

And that this is all

whatever the illusion of separateness

One." Br. David
