After Porto to santiago

I'm doing Porto to Santiago next summer. Would like to bypass Santiago and go to either muxia or Finisterre as a way to add another week of hiking. Did the Frances and on to Finisterre last year. I'd like to end my trek of 22 days in Santiago. Also open to other option for additional hiking in lieu of heading west

From Padron you can road walk to Fisterra. I don't think there is any off-road path through the area. Food and accommodation can be found on sites like Google Maps.
