Good evening! Could someone please advise me on what the quickest way is to get from Amsterdam to Saint Jean de Pied Port. Thank you!!

Twice walked from St Jean to Estella and once from Sarria to Santiago. Maybe someday I'll find the time to do the entire walk.
I've found the time. Just completed SJPP to Santiago. 25 Aug to 1st Oct, 2016.
And now the Portuguese from Lisbon.

Flight to Biarritz, bus to train station, and then the train?

Go to Biarritz, then train to SJPP.
This is the list of companies anf fligths (see page 2) to Biarritz (none from Amsterdam)

I see there are flights from Brussels, with Ryan Air.

Flying certainly appears to be the speed choice as Stephen indicates.
Rome to Rio lists it and other options.

Train from Amsterdam to Gare du Nord Paris

Paris Metro line 4 from Gare du Nord to Bienvenue Montparnasse.

SNCF train from Gare Montparnasse Paris to Bayonne.

SNCF train from Bayonne to SJPdP.

Air France or Easy Jet from Paris Orly to Biarritz

Chronoplus bus 14 from Biarritz (Anglet) airport to Gare Bayonne

SNCF train from Bayonne to SJPdP.

Check out EasyJet from Amsterdam to Bordeaux just 105 minutes, and then SNCF.

Exactly what I would do. It may not be as quick as flying but if you leave Amsterdam early you will be in SJPDP early evening.

Last year I got the train from Rotterdam to Paris and Bayonne.

It's been done - met a lovely lady who walked from Amsterdam to SdC and back again.
Mind you she was 83 and had a lot of time on her hands.
