Go to Biarritz, then train to SJPP.

SNCF train from Gare Montparnasse Paris to Bayonne.

SNCF train from Bayonne to SJPdP.

Train from Amsterdam to Gare du Nord Paris

Exactly what I would do. It may not be as quick as flying but if you leave Amsterdam early you will be in SJPDP early evening.

It's been done - met a lovely lady who walked from Amsterdam to SdC and back again.
Mind you she was 83 and had a lot of time on her hands.
