El tren Al Andalus tendrá parada en León y Astorga dos meses este verano/The train Al Andalus will stop at Leon and Astorga two months this summer >> http://www.mundicamino.com/noticias.cfm

This notice published today by Mundicamino details that REFE's longest passenger train
AL Andalus which usually travels only across Andalucia will during July and August provide luxury tourist travel from Leon to Astorga, La Coruña, Santiago de Compostela and Vigo. Al Andalus is composed of four lounge cars and seven cars which can accommodate 64 people in its 32 suites. RENFE wishes to achieve greater profitability with this luxury tourist train service. Local visits and gastronomical stops are also planned.

The nearest Camino starting point is from Zaragoza. The Al Andalus train is supposed to run via Haro (La Rioja), to Léon, Astorga, La Coruña, Santiago until Vigo during coming July and August. Pretty hefty prices, but the journey is unique.
