I don't know whether I am going this autumn. I have five compostelas facing me across my desk, all five acquired in the autumn: September to November. This year, I have considered walking the Olvidado, spending time on various routes between the Frances and the Norte, while largely avoiding both. I have also recently watched Efren Gonzalez's videos of the Le Puy route and am very attracted to it. I have not got far in planning. There should be time, if I walk September to November.

Can't go wrong on the Le Puy Camino. It can get cold and snowy and maybe unwalkable at times as winter nears. I am sure there is alot better info than mine here on the forum. I walked in September and October. Heat was my weather enemy early on.
