Back to Paris from Logrono

What is the best way to return to Paris from Logrono? We need to be back in Paris on May 1st by mid afternoon. When should we plan on leaving Logrono? Would it be better to fly from Biarritz or take a high speed international train? And what's the best, least expensive way to get from Logrono to either the airport in Biarritz or to the nearest TGV station? There seems to be a lot of conflicting information about how to leave the Camino by bus, train or plane. Thank you so much for any help.

Whatever way you choose remember that May 1 is Labor day and a holiday in both Spain and France. All transport will be on a holiday schedule and VERY busy,
