St James Way: The return of the UK's medieval highway

The growing popularity of the Camino de Santiago has spurred the revival of a newly marked 68.5-mile pilgrimage in south-east England.

Walked it in August 2023 (I posted daily on this forum for those who’d like to see details) and it was lovely. Much more expensive than Spain, of course, and very little pilgrim “feel” to it, but lovely nonetheless. You can walk the Thames Path from London to Reading which adds a few days but makes it feel like a more complete walk.
