I will arrive on 1th July at 22:45. Where can I stay for the night? I can´t find an albergue or cheaper hotel and check-in possible so late....
Is possible to stay at airport the night?

I suggest you book the Campanile at the Airport as the bus to the train station in Bayonne leaves every 20 minutes the next morning just round the corner. Go on their website or booking.com. Buen Camino
