BLOG - 'GET A (NEW) LIFE'

!Hola!

I started a Blog a couple of months ago so my friends and family could keep up with my Camino preparations and follow me on my travels. Some of you guys might be interested in my post about a wilderness trail I did in May this year. I went to South Africa and did a 5 day wilderness trail in the Imfolozi Park in Kwa-Zulu Natal. It was the most amazing experience and it gave me the courage to go ahead and do the Camino (starting next month!) and make some other big, life changing decisions.

My Blog URL is http://uk.360.yahoo.com/smiller2051

Hambani kahle ('Go well' in Zulu) all you Camino travellers and courage to all those like me who are doing it for the first time.

!Adios! Sarah :D

When are you going?

Sounds like you are doing the right thing if you are making life time decisions. Like you I reached a crossroads in my life but some tragic events triggered this, I knew I just had to walk and sort myself out.

I walked from Burgos to Ponferrada and the iron cross at Foncebadon was very significant and emotional for me. It was the turning point to my recovery. Hope to either do Ponferrada to Santiago at end of this month or Sarria to Santiago first week in September depending if my ex wife lets me see my daughters?

Buen camino
