Does anyone know the geography of the airport and where to get a bus to estacion sur. I was told that there are frequent busses through the day. Any suggestions will be helpful. Also, how long to clear passport control?

The one from Galicia (the round) and the one from Castilla & Leon. Individually numbered and made by the same people that make the ones you see on your walk.
We just went through passport control last week and it took us 10 minutes but it just depends on how busy the airport is. The buses that go to the various terminals are right outside terminal four. And I believe that is also where you get the bus to Estacion SUR. However look for TI‘s which are all over the airport and people in green jackets for help. They can answer your questions.

On Monday I also got through the airport within 30 mins I was catching the yellow bus to Atocha.
Huge queue for taxis. A couple of years ago I took a taxi to Estacion Sur . Not sure about the bus.

Down bag (90/10 duvet) of 700 fills with 180 g (6.34 ounces) of filling. Mummy-shaped structure, ideal when you are looking for lightness with great heating performance.

€149,-
Cercanias line 1 from Terminal 4 is quickest.

Aerobús from airport to Atocha then a short walk is an option.

I’m sure there’ll be a direct bus as well; but I’ve never used it.

There is a Bus from the airport to downtown Madrid. It is a yellow bus called Expresso Aeroporto and runs every 15 minutes. It cost 5€ and you have to pay the driver when you board the front of the bus. There are luggage racks on the left when you get on the bus. You will see different stops on a screen in the front of the bus as you proceed to the downtown. You get off the bus thru the rear door, which is in the middle of the bus near the luggage racks.

Hi,

I did a bit of research on this the other day, here are the notes:

Ryan air London Gatwich to Madrid (MAD) £12

Madris Baragas airport –

T4 to atochi train station E2.60 - 30 mins (approx.)

Atochi to Pamplona – train form £30 3.5 hours

The bus takes 8 hrs and costs £27

[times and cost approx.]

From the airport at terminal 4 there is a intra city train to Atochi where a connection to Pamplona can be made, as above.

Hope this helps
