Bus - Pamplona from to Puente La Reina

I arrive in Pamplona by train at 14.40 - I need to catch a bus to Puente La Reina, any help appreciated.

If you walk out of the train station in Pamplona, you will find a city bus stop with a lot of pilgrims getting on the bus.
This is the bus into Pamplona Old Town and I'm pretty sure it will stop near the bus station.
If not, the bus station is a very short walk from anywhere in Old Town Pamplona.
You can google it to find it.
Or, you could take a taxi from the train station to the bus station.
There will be taxis waiting at the train station.
