My pilgrim passport will not have enough space for all stamps required from SJPP to Santiago, especially 2 a day from Sarria. I’ve been collecting beautiful stamps from churches, museums, Albergues, cafes, etc. and realized it’s already not got enough space left. Guidance and thoughts on what to do? Buy another one ? Or?

Technical backpack for day trips with backpack cover and internal compartment for the hydration bladder. Ideal daypack for excursions where we need a medium capacity backpack. The back with Air Flow System creates large air channels that will keep our back as cool as possible.

Ask one of the bigger albergues en route if they sell one? Otherwise buy one when you are in Burgos with the local Amigos.

I believe the muni near the cathedral sells them too.

The parroquial albergue of San Miguel in Estella definitely used to sell credenciales and probably still do. In fact, a lot of albergues do as well, especially the municipales and parroquiales. I believe that so long as you started with a credencial, had it stamped but then continued getting stamps on another piece of paper, the pilgrim office will still accept it, but someone from the pilgrim office (there are some of them on this forum) needs to verify that,

Ideal sleeping bag liner whether we want to add a thermal plus to our bag, or if we want to use it alone to sleep in shelters or hostels. Thanks to its mummy shape, it adapts perfectly to our body.

If you can get another; that’s probably the better option. I have often cut the blank pages from another (or several, in fact) and taped them on. You can use blank paper in extremis. So long as you’re extending an approved credencial it’s fine.

Hi all, I’m starting my Camino Frances on May 12. I’ve booked my first night in SJPDP, but I’m starting to worry I need to book more. My plan was to take it day by day and just turn up, but lots...
Hello all. Here to give a brief account of my (and many others) first day on the Camino on May 1. The trip to Roncesvalles was tough. I went Valcarlos route because napoleon was very ill advised...
I am wondering how you disconnect, in part, from the world. I have a couple of reasons that I need to be accessible but, I don't want to be constantly connected on this journey. Ideas?
Can anyone tell me if food is available there… anyone stayed recently? Cheers
If you’re walking the Camino Portugues right now I’d recommend you avoid the complementario route into Pontevedra. While it is quiet and green and follows the river, it’s also a muddy mess. I...
