We all know about the Tarta de Santiago, there was another chocolate dessert that was sold in a clay bowl, I noticed it when I got closer to Santiago, does anybody remember what it's called?

The 2024 Camino guides will be coming out little by little. Here is a collection of the ones that are out so far.
I tasted this in O Pedrouza / Arco. They called it chocolate caliente. You can also get it with a dollop of whipped cream.
 
For those on the Primitivo:- Tarta de Fonsagrada. Similar to trifle but made with almonds and confectioners custard amongst other things and unique to the town. We had ours at Restaurante Manolo when staying in Pension Manolo, Fonsagrada
