€2,-/day will present your project to thousands of visitors each day. All interested in the Camino de Santiago.
Hi David.
Buen Camino!
If you're keeping a blog, I would love to follow your footsteps.
My husband and I were hoping to continue that route when we had completed the Senda Littoral, but have now had to shorten our walk.
Hoping you enjoy the stroll!

Hi David!

Can you help me - looking for a guide for the coastal camino from A Guarda. What did you use? I have 6 - 7 days and was hoping to fin detailed distances? On some of the commercial websites they detail 16km taking over 4 hours - is the terrain difficult to navigate? I completed the Camino Frances doing 5km an hour most days.

Any advice would be great

Ideal pocket guides for during and after your Camino. Each weighs just 40g (1.4 oz).
Hi Eimear
I used Wise Pilgrim's Portuguese guide - he has an app called Wisely. It's pretty good. It has all the albergues, although I stayed in pensions for this particular Camino.
Distances are much short on the coastal until you get to Redondela and it gets a bit longer. Even then the stages are not as long as the Frances.
Very difficult to get lost. Basically stick to the coast :)
It is very flat, there is a small bit of ascent around Vigo but other than that it is not very challenging.
If you have walked the Frances, you will have no problem.

Hi Clearskies,

Thanks for your reply! That all sounds v promising.. I guess I just want a map to see what's coming up ahead if we are feeling more adventurous and want to keep on some days.. good to see where the upcoming accomodations are. Tks for the info. one more q - did you wear trail shoes or runners? It seems to be controversial!

Tks a mill
