Hi, Sorry for not mentioning which camino, I starting back on the camino frenchway, starting back at Astorga and walking to Sarria.

Possibly, and the link @Tincatinker gave you to the Spanish met office is probably the best source for both climate info and weather forecasts.

Two bits of advice come to mind when I see this question:

First, there is an old saw that, when travelling, one should pack for the climate, and dress for the weather.

Second, the other weather quote I love comes from Alfred Wainwright:

“There's no such thing as bad weather, only unsuitable clothing.”​

I hope you enjoy your return to the camino, and even if you don't have good weather, have suitable clothing.


ps, if anyone knows the source of the first piece of advice, would you please share it.

This might help. Apparently, Astorga has an average of 4 days rain in September, and 7 in October.
