Counting down the weeks - start 7th Sept

Hi everyone
I am looking forward to all those I will meet on The Camino. I wish all those already on theirs Buen Camino.
Oh its starting to feel very real now! Thank you for all the tips and advice I am picking up from all the threads

I used to count the months, then the weeks. Now 28 days until our flight leaves the US. We start walking on the 9th.
There is so much information on this site, incredible.

But now what do I do? My pack is packed, training and testing things out competed. Suitcase items are sorted. (we will be in Europe for 3 months) I have Camino Brain, just want to leave home and walk now.

I know exactly how you feel!!! After 28 years of yearning, we start walking from Roncesvalles on September 10 - yippee!!!!!! Heading to Barcelona on Sept 3 for a week of sightseeing and recovering from jet lag. Hope to see you on the Way. Buen Camino!!!!!

Hola Vivienne,
My wife and I commence our Camino on the 7th too, see you on "The Way".
Excited, but slightly anxious at present, I'm sure the anxiety will diminish once we start our pilgrimage.

Hello Happy Wanderers! Happy to "meet" you now. Ill look out for our paths crossing on The Camino. I'm walking alone and trying not to be anxious! I understand how both emotions become entwined - excitement and a special kind of anxiety! Buen Camino!!
