Hi. I will be cycling the Camino Frances in May/June of this year. If I have some days extra after reaching SDC I may train up to Ferrol and cycle back to SDC. Wondering if anyone has done this (cycling that is) and if so any recommendations or tips would be appreciated. Thanks, Randy

Technical backpack for day trips with backpack cover and internal compartment for the hydration bladder. Ideal daypack for excursions where we need a medium capacity backpack. The back with Air Flow System creates large air channels that will keep our back as cool as possible.

Hi Randy,
I would like to bike the Ingles, but it is only about 120km. In order to get the Compostela at the end, you must bike 200 km. So, I am thinking about going from La Coruna airport to Finisterre and then to SDC. That should be 200 km. Any suggestions are welcome.

I have never cycled this way but having walked it a few times have seen a few Spanish cyclists out at the weekends. Even on the hard day after Bar Julia a cyclist was going up the steep track butI'm not sure if he turned right following the waymarks or carried atraight on. There are a couple of stretches where it might be a bit difficult but the road is never far away.
