Date starting my camino Frances

I will arrived to Paris 26/5, hopefully arrive to SJPP on 27-28/5 -I will probably start the walk 29/5

The train station is right under Charles de Gaulle Airport so if you arrive early enough you could actually get to SJPDP the same day - if you choose. Train to Bayonne. Then change to train to St Jean. Trains are like planes - book early to reserve a seat and get a good price.

Hi Yolanda -- I will arrive SJPdP on May 29 (via California, Madrid & Pamplona) and will head to Orisson on May 30. May meet you at some point.

The uncertainty of arriving at 0923AM, and what time you get out of customs?, plus the fear of being in Paris airport and finding my way around makes me uneasy, so I see myself taking the fast train from Momparnesse at 1230 or so, then will arrive to Bayonne around five PM so I will see if I find a train or bus to SJPP depending in how late I arrive, or I will leave the day after. (Too many uncertainties)Thank you

I will also be in SJDP on the nights of the 27 and 28. I walked the Camino 4 years go with my then 15 year old daughter. Now alone. Do you know where you are staying in SJDP? I have also opted to do the crossing in 2 days this time, stopping in Orrison.
