That was very unlucky and I hope you found a way through it. If you did, post who you are and I'll definitely put you on my list of places to stay in when things improve.

I can think of 2 also but I think they might have survived.
 
The 2024 Camino guides will be coming out little by little. Here is a collection of the ones that are out so far.
I was listening to a podcast called Camino Cafe and there was an interview with a couple who bought Casa Banderas in Paradela about 8k before Portomarin. The new owners have been trying to open since last year. It has been closed for a few years but my impression is that pilgrims had loved staying here.
The path and trials and tribulations that this couple has endured is a testament to their staying power and desire to open.
What may differ from others who tried to open is that it seems they luckily are financially secure and have been able to absorb the extra financial issues and challenges that a non Spaniard especially in times of Covid has to endure. My hat is off to them.
