Your choice...you have 4 days extra after arriving in Santiago.
but on day 4 you have to be in Milan MXP by 2pm.
a) Continue to Finesterra...but how to get to Milan?
b) Relax in Santiago 2 days and fly to Milan day 3.
c) Train/Bus/Air to Madrid and tour for 2 days - flying to Milan day 4
d) Train/Bus/Air to Oporto and tour for 2 days - flying to Milan day 4
e) Other
There don't seem to be any same-day options to leave Santiago and get to Milan by 2pm for a 4pm international departure.

As you may know home is in Champagne facing a vineyard. Thus at the end of each camino when at last I reach the sea I silently give thanks and then treat myself to a flute of true champagne, toasting all who helped to make the journey possible. Watching the sea I slowly sip savoring the moment. When that glass is empty it is time to turn towards home .
