CF (May 2019)
Very excited to have booked flights last night to arrive in Biarritz on the 4 May 2019 ready to start the Camino Frances on the 5 May!

It will be my first Camino and I will be walking it solo as part of a work sabbatical. I am very grateful for the support of my wife and family who are letting me be away for over a month to do this.

Have booked the first night at Gite Makila and the last stop in Santiago on the 6 June at PensiĂłn Residencia Fonseca.

Am currently looking to book a shared taxi from Biarritz airport to St J PdP - flight arrives just after 5pm local time. Have contacted both of biarritzairporttransfers.com and expressbourricot.com.

The first one has availability for €120 for up to 8 people - they aren't aware of anyone else needing a booking at that time. Awaiting to hear from expressbourricot.com.

If you'd be keen to share transport, let me know.

Excited to meet some of the class of 2019 on the road.

Buen Camino!

Technical backpack for day trips with backpack cover and internal compartment for the hydration bladder. Ideal daypack for excursions where we need a medium capacity backpack. The back with Air Flow System creates large air channels that will keep our back as cool as possible.

The focus is on reducing the risk of failure through being well prepared. 2nd ed.
