I have done the CF three times and am moving on to the Coastal Route. A little apprehensive about what to expect but excited. Can you get a credential in San Sebastian. If I run out of time, what would be an acceptable section to miss this time around?
i am excited to do the camino norte. I am sure it will be very different, and the photos i have seen are magical. I plan on getting my credential in irun, possibly in santander if i arrive there. when are you going.

ps. have heard that from Gijon to Avilles is very industrial. I will definately take the bus here. the albergue in avilles i hear is great. On camino frances i did not take any transportation, however camino norte will be what it is and as the compostella is the same, it is ok for me to get on a bus. i don't really care to stay in arzua. i hear there is a side road that will cut off 10km.
