When i see a post that looks fishy I just report it. Usually, it is removed quickly. I never use the post itself to alert the mods, I just report. There was one yesterday or the day before as well.
It must be the silly season...

I just alerted Mods but... it's late for this Gal. You able to take over for the POS I've reported? BRB with the link...

Thank you for the reports, some spammers get past the filters and the mods can't watch everything.

BRB, POS, gee, I learned something new today.

I knew about POS in another context. But not here.

POS used to mean “parent over shoulder” when teens in chat rooms had to watch what they said, . How is a mere mortal to keep up?

What I mean is this: I saw that a forum member used the scam post to alert the mods, instead of doing what you say, and what I do, which is just hit report.

"POS" makes frequent appearances in motorcycle fora. It refers to a machine, accessory or even piece of riding apparel that is not held in the highest regard.
