It remains to be seen if it will actually be implemented on the ground, though it likely will be in museums and such, and more in the cities than out in the sticks.

So the article is probably a bit premature.

I understood from the article that US visitors cans take their CDC and PCR paperwork to a pharma who can provide the document.

Has anyone begun the Frances in Pied de Port recently?
and was there any hassle getting there or crossing in to Spain?
(I know about the “ sanitaire” requirement)
