Gear Finalised

Time of past OR future Camino
Some but not all, and other routes too.
My last piece of lightweight kit arrived yesterday, so i've just weighed everything and yet again packed the backpack with all the essentials. It comes in at 6.67 K, this includes 1.5 K of water but excludes any food I will need to take. I also have a bum bag that comes in at .62 K , so I shouldn't be over loaded. The backpack could be a lot light depending on the weather, but then the gear will be on my body, so six of one and half a dozen of the other.
Only 74 days to the start.

Down bag (90/10 duvet) of 700 fills with 180 g (6.34 ounces) of filling. Mummy-shaped structure, ideal when you are looking for lightness with great heating performance.

€149,-
€2,-/day will present your project to thousands of visitors each day. All interested in the Camino de Santiago.
Walked Feb 2014 very nice time; I had a nice mix of solitude and company.

Mud. And, more mud. I actually prayed for mud free days.

Take a bag many albergues are un heated.

Buen camino.

Mud is not my favourite but If I encounter then I'll just have to put up with it. I will be taking a bag with me + silk liner.
Thanks for the advice.
