Got my Credential!

All - I have my tickets over & back. I'll be starting from SJPP on Sept 4 by bicycle. My Credential showed up yesterday. Now I'm really getting excited.

Are you riding a Mountain Bike (fat tires), and following the footpath, or a touring bike (narrow tires), and following the road?

Share the way with the pilgrims, an occasional horse, uncommon donkey, and herds of sheep.

All - thank you. I will be on a hybird bike and plan to travel on a combination of the path & roads in spots. I ride on combined trails with walkers at home and am no speed demon ;^} We don't have sheep!

I just got my credential in the mail on Monday too! Im leaving on foot from St Jean on Sept 4th. I am also a tri-state lady from NJ..this is getting really good!Hope to meet you all along the way!

Pat , I love that park that runs through Riverside, Bronx & Yonkers..I actually used to drive my mountain bike over the bridge to ride with a friend through that park-its so peaceful smack dab in the city!
