GPS File for SJPP to Ronscavalles via Valcarlos route

Can anyone direct me to a GPS file (GPX) for the Valcarlos route out of SJPP. I will probably be starting my trek out of SJPP around April 8th, 2015 and would like to have the alternate route loaded into my GPS if possible.
