Welcome to the forum. I haven't walked Mozarabe (or VdlP) yet, but in this section https://www.caminodesantiago.me/community/forums/camino-mozárabe.101/ you can find some pretty recent posts on the subject. I didn't take a peek in different threads, but at least one forum member is planning to walk it in March so that might help you with planning especially if your plan is to start later in the year.
