Cycled from Scotland,walked Francias, walked V.D.L.P, winter on Francais, stroll on Englaise
As the winter nights draw in I am planning my third Camino. Having previously cycled from Scotland and walked from SJPdP I am now planning to walk the Via de la Plata in Sept/Oct 2006.
I a walk in my kilt so meet lots of folk - Hi to anybody I met last year and look forward to meeting more 'new' folks next year.

Great idea to walk in a kilt, as you say it should be easy to get in touch with locals and other pilgrims.

It would be great to hear about your preparations and planning related to Via de la Plata. I think many walkers are looking for an alternative to El Camino Frances so more information on Via de la Plata would be great.
