I'm starting training & planning my first Camino early April 15 from JPD. Nervous and excited as this will be a solo adventure for me. Would love to hear from anyone else starting around this time. Anyone from Melbourne (Australia) starting around this time????.

I should start on April 7th from SJPDP and make the 10km to Orisson. A great place to stop and take a breather.

They provide the Pilgrim's Office in SJPDP an accurate current forecast of the situation on the Route Napoleon. Listen to what they tell you!!! There are safer routes to take.
You have plenty of time to get the right boots and pack "only" the essentials.
Buen Camino,
