Hi everyone!
You can see by my Stats that I have been fortunate enough to visit the Camino twice before. This year I tried to resist as my son is getting married and the whole family has a different focus, but I am powerless and feel 'called' again to repeat my journey from St Jean to Burgos.
Hoping to start on 18th of September if I can get a bed at Orrison, didn't stay there last time and really regretted it. I was lucky enough on both my trips to meet some people I had chatted to on the Forum. The second time was totally random as gmonkey - aka Grace wasn't quite sure of her dates, but second day on Camino at breakfast we were having a lovely conversation when she mentioned the Forum and we realised we 'knew' each other! Spent the next few days together and met several times over the next couple of weeks, she walked into Santiago a day ahead of me and was there to meet me when I arrived! I'm so excited to begin again, I know I will never manage a whole Camino in one go until I retire but I don't really want to holiday anywhere else now, visiting for 2 weeks is amazing and I'm lucky enough living in the UK to be able to do that. Buen Camino Perigrinos everywhere x
