Technical backpack for day trips with backpack cover and internal compartment for the hydration bladder. Ideal daypack for excursions where we need a medium capacity backpack. The back with Air Flow System creates large air channels that will keep our back as cool as possible.

It's true that no running is necessary, BUT I met an amazing young woman last year in Zubiri. It took me three long, harrowing , rather painful days to make it to Zubiri from St Jean. I first observed this woman sprinting past me on day three, with her fully loaded backpack, a big smile, and a friendly wave. That night at supper I learned that she had run from St Jean to Zubiri(via Rte Napolean)) that same day. Amazing. She is a mountain runner. I am a mountain hobbler--poco a poco. But if you want to run, es posible:).

I think walking 790 km will be hard enough never mind running. We're both mad but not quite that mad !!!

Buen Camino.

You've got me reminiscing this morning. My mum had a caravan site which she ran for years just outside Pwllheli and we met some fantastic folks. I haven't been home for years but am excited that I will finally be visiting as I am stopping to see my brother on route to the camino:) Nos da.
