To the pilgrims who will start the pilgrimage to Santiago after December 13, we inform that on that day is planned the opening of the Holy Door (Porta Santa) in the Cathedral of Lisbon, as well as throughout the world.
The pilgrims have the possibility of the pilgrimage to Santiago enter two Holy Doors (Lisbon and Santiago).

Yes, the Holy Door is opened at the 13th of December 2015 and the door close some where in November next year.

The Year of Mercy was declared by the Pope Francis . It starts on Dec 8 but there is no Holy Door in the Catherdral in Lisbon to be opened . The three in Rome, one in Santiago and one in Quebec City, one in France and one in Vatican City are the seven Holy Doors that will be opened for a year.

The official site ???from SYates is doors of mercy and a new evangelization website.
Wikipedia has information, also on the Holy Doors..
The seven Holy Doors will be opened on Decemeber 8, 2015.

Actually the website I mentioned is the official Vatican one for the Year of Mercy https://cnsblog.wordpress.com/about/ is a Catholic News website that reports news/happenings. And if you look again at the link I posted you will notice that more than seven doors will be opened around the world, SY

Have a look at www.im.va. On here you can register and request a reservation
for a pilgrimage to the Holy Door in St. Peter's Basilica.

There seems to be new information each day regarding the jubilee.
