Time of past OR future Camino
May 2015
Hi, we are two older Aussie women from the Sunshine Coast hinterland in Queensland and planning to walk from Sarria to Santiago in May. The Camino has been a long time dream for me but delayed by post polio symptoms and a gammy left knee on my 'good' leg. After knee replacement last year and lots of training, now seems possible to give it a go with a friend. We'll take it in short bits - 9 days just for this last bit - but it's a start and we are so much looking forward and excited.

Welcome Sundarcats, I am so excited for you. 9 days from Sarria to Santiago sounds very enjoyable!

Buen Camino to you both!

€2,-/day will present your project to thousands of visitors each day. All interested in the Camino de Santiago.
Did that section last year 9 days will make it very enjoyable, looking back I feel maybe I didn't look around me quiet as often as I would have liked, nice to be able to have a rest day in a quaint little hamlet on route if the urge takes you. I hope ye have a lovely camino, I start another section on 31st May, I have caught the camino bug ;-)
Buen Camino
